The Partnership program is an in-home program designed to assist youth within the community who are coping with emotional and/or behavioral challenges.
The per diem clinician will work to establish a partnership with families, and referring agencies, utilizing a strengths-based approach in resolving challenges and supporting youth and families in their communities. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, and hours of availability based on client needs.
Relationships: Ability to build relationships with staff and families; ability to create a positive and supportive atmosphere for learning and relationship-building; proven track record of working effectively with people of different backgrounds.
Communication: Writes in a clear, concise, and logical fashion to ensure understanding; tells stories of the Y’s cause and impact in the community; listens actively by asking open-ended questions.
Decision Making: Learns from experience and applies what is learned to new situations; makes sound decisions/judgments based on input from others, data, and feedback.
Project Management: Possesses superior organization skills; clarifies performance goals and expectations; plans and organizes work responsibilities
