Assist in supervision of a group of campers assigned during the season day camp. Provide a quality experience to children and parents focused on our YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility

The employee must be 16-17 years of age; obtain working papers. The counselor must enjoy working outdoors, be open to assist in the recreational areas of sports, nature, arts and crafts, group games and music/drama; be willing to further develop his/her leadership, team-building, listening and group work skills.
The employee must have the ability to lead, plan, and participate in a range of activities in an outdoor environment and setting; and the ability to walk, stand, lift, bend and stretch.
