Under the supervision of the Preschool Director, the Clerical Office Assistant shall perform the administrative office duties of the Preschool program. The assistant is responsible for answering phones, provide quality customer service, checking families in, monitoring expenditures for the Red Bank Preschool Expansion grant, and assist in all office administrative duties.
The employee must be mature, responsible, and have experience in bookkeeping and office duties. The employee must possess skills in typing, computer operations, communications, organizing, and the ability to follow through to completion on assigned tasks. Employee must have positive attitude and great communication skills. Bilingual preferred.
